Dahl is a serial entrepreneur with a commercial real estate finance background. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and began his career working at Arbor Realty Trust and later Greystone where he became an expert on multifamily underwriting, acquisitions, asset management, and debt. While at Greystone, Dahl continued his career in real estate by launching Ivory Capital with Juliana to focus on mid to large-scale apartment acquisitions.
Juliana was born in Colombia but grew up in New England. She holds a Global Studies and economics degree from the University of Vermont. Following her academic journey, Juliana embarked on a career in the financial services sector, gaining a wealth of expertise over a span of seven years. However, her passion for real estate investing began to take root, and in 2022, she ventured into the residential real estate market, marking the inception of her remarkable journey in this dynamic industry.
